5. GUARANTEE AND MAINTENANCE
In the event of inappropriate use or non-compliance with the instructions, the
manufacturer declines all liability and the guarantee is void. Making technical
modifications and illegal or non-compliant use of the device is prohibited. Use
of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric
shock or injury.
The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation,
incorrect use or normal wear and tear of the product. More specifically, the
guarantee does not cover:
• Damage or problems caused by incorrect use, accident, alteration or electrical
connection to an unsuitable current or voltage.
• Damage to the power cable.
• Damage to any component of the dispenser due to poor handling or lack of
regular maintenance as recommended in this manual.
• Damage to the dispenser due to elements outside the installation (e.g. frost,
flooding or other catastrophic events).
• The use of spare parts and accessories not supplied by the manufacturer.
• Modified, damaged, altered or withdrawn products.
• Failure caused by non-compliance with the safety instructions explained in the
manual.
• Aesthetic damage, including scratches, dents or any other element.
• Damage caused by any work carried out by an unauthorised person.
• Defects caused by normal wear or due to normal ageing of the product.
• Oxidised products.
