regarded as malfunctions:
1 If your water is particularly hard
(contains a lot of minerals), the
device may produce a sort of white
dust. This is not a malfunction. The
solution is to clean it more frequently
or to use water that is not as hard.
2 The device runs very calmly but not
entirely quietly. A sound level of less
than 53DB is regarded as normal.

taken to your local waste sorting centre to

LIMITED WARRANTY
LANAFORM guarantees that this product
will be free from any material and work-
manship defects for a period of two years
from the date it was purchased, other than
as specified below.
The LANAFORM warranty does not cover
damage caused by normal wear and tear
on this product. In addition, the warranty
on this LANAFORM product does not cover
damage caused as a result of any abusive,
inappropriate or incorrect use, accident,
attachment of any unauthorised accesso-

Solution
Replace the cooler tank drain plug so that it is tightly closed.
Place the device on a horizontal, stable, flat surface and
do not move the device if it still contains water.
Contact your supplier's after-sales service.
Use only the mains adaptor supplied with this device.
Check that the USB connector is securely attached
to the device; check whether the device is
connected and that there is no mains fault.
Use another USB cable (type B USB micro) or
contact your supplier's after-sales service.
The device cools down through evaporation (please see
chapter on "How does cooling work through evaporation"),
and may vary depending on the conditions.
Wait for a few minutes because evaporation takes a
little time before the freshness is noticeable.
Add water to the reservoir.
Drain the water from the reservoir and
leave it to air for at least 12 hours.
Unplug the device, drain the water from the
reservoir, rinse and clean the reservoir, and fill the
reservoir with demineralised or distilled water.
Rotate the fan without any water in the reservoir to dry the filter or
even remove the filter from the device and let it dry in the open air.
Unplug the device and place it on a flat, stable surface.
Clean the device and use distilled water.
