Method of use
• Insert the spit through the center of the meat or poultry, making sure it is well balanced.
• Place the spit fork on both ends of the poultry or meat. Its pointed tip should be firmly
embedded in the meat or bone of the grilled food. Tie poultry legs and wings to reinforce
them.
• Place the rotisserie bracket on the appropriate shelf level and mount the rotisserie spit on
the unit socket where it is. The bearing runs in the bracket with its pointed end toward the
back of the oven where the motor plug is located.
• Be sure to remove the rotisserie handle before turning the oven on.
• Press the rotisserie switch, the rotisserie will rotate automatically. The chrome grill,
please place another layer to avoid touching the rotisserie and stop rotating.
• When the chicken/meat is well cooked, the broiler will be hot. use the broiler handle or
wear protected gloves on your hand.
