Cleaning and care
• Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the power socket.
• The appliance should be cleaned after each use for hygiene reasons. Remove any food
residue.

Do not use abrasive cleaning products or steel wool to
clean the appliance.

Cleaning method
Wipe with a damp cloth and some mild detergent. Clean the
cooking compartment thoroughly and leave to dry completely.
Eliminate unpleasant odours from the cooking compart-
ment: mix the peel and juice of one lemon with a cup of water
in a microwave-safe container.
Cook the mixture in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then wipe
thoroughly and dry the cooking compartment using a dry cloth.
Wipe with a dry, clean, soft cloth.
Remove any stains with a damp cloth and gentle detergent.
Then wipe thoroughly and dry.
Remove the glass tray and roller ring if necessary.
• Clean with warm water and some mild detergent.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• After cleaning, dry it.
• Re-install correctly.
