CAUTION: Keep your fingers away from the speed control when
ejecting the eggbeaters or whisk
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
1. After connecting the eggbeaters to the motor body, position them directly in the container
with the ingredients.
2. There are 3 speed settings: 1, 2 and 3, where 1 is the lowest speed setting. Slide the speed
control forward up to the speed level 1 setting.
3. To increase the speed, keep sliding the speed control forward up to level 2 or up to the
highest speed level 3.
4. To reduce the speed, slide the speed control back to a lower speed setting.
5. Do not use the mixer for more than 3 minutes continuously. After 3 minutes of continuous
use, the appliance will automatically turn off. The appliance can be used again after a 5-
minute rest cycle. Shift the speed control to 0 and leave the appliance to cool.
6. If you need to add ingredients, first turn off the appliance by setting the speed control to 0.
The appliance can be stored in an upright position. Add the ingredients and then resume
mixing.
❖ The mixer can prepare up to 30 mixes of 2 eggs each in a single charge cycle.

• Never touch the eggbeaters or the whisk when the appliance is
working.
Take extra caution to ensure that hair or ornaments do not fall on

the moving parts
The liquids or ingredients must not be higher than the mixer shaft.

Leave hot foods to cool to avoid the risk of burns.

Be careful not to mix too thick doughs (when the whips cannot rotate freely) in order not to
damage the mixer motor.
Helpful tips
To avoid splashing, start machining at the lowest speed and use deep containers.

Position the whisk in a container before turning on the appliance.
•
Move the whisk in a clockwise direction, keeping it slightly tilted.

INDICATOR LIGHTS
The indicator lights of the hand mixer provide information about different situations.
Battery duration during use:
•
When the food blender is used and the battery charge is reduced, the indicator lights turn
off in a sequence from top to bottom to indicate the residual battery charge.

From 100% to 66% charge: lights 1, 2 and 3 will all be lit
From 65% to 33% charge: lights 1 and 2 will be lit

From 32% to 20% charge: light 1 will be lit

If the battery has less than 20% charge, light 1 will flash and the appliance needs to be
charged.
