Problem
Device is not working.
The compressor is not
working, the device is
humming.
The compressor runs
too long but there is no
frosting.
Ice forming on the in-
side walls of the refrige-
ration compartments
and insufficient internal
temperature. The com-
pressor runs conti-
nuously without pau-
sing.
There are damp spots
on the housing or on the
door.

Possible cause
The mains plug is
not properly plug-
ged in.
The voltage
supply is outside
the nominal vol-
tage range.
The cooling sys-
tem is defective
(leak or blo-
ckage).
The thermostat
doesn't work.
The stains have
formed due to
condensation.
Action
Make sure that the mains
plug is properly plugged in.
Switch off the device imme-
diately.
Do not reconnect the device
until the normal power
supply is available.
If necessary, use a stabili-
ser for the voltage.
