Maintenance:
Only maintenance works described in this instruction
manual may be carried out; all other works must be
performed by an official dealer.
If any components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance works, they must be repositioned
immediately and correctly.
Use only VITO-approved tools for this machine or
technically identical parts. Failure to do so may result in
personal injuries or damages to the welding machine. If
in doubt, if you lack knowledge or resources, you should
contact an official dealer.
Technical Assistance
Your flux-cored welding machine should only be
serviced by the manufacturer's internal service
personnel, or other qualified personnel, replacing any
necessary parts with original parts sourced directly from
the manufacturer.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The flux-cored welding machine is designed to
feed wire from 0.6 e 0.9 mm of diameter.
1. Lift the wire spool cover (5);
2. Lift the wire tension knob (9) and move the tensioner
arm to the side (10);
3. Remove the wire guide roller cover (11) by turning it
counterclockwise;
4. Remove the guide roller and check the carved size on
each side of it;
5. Install the wire guide roller with the desired wire size,
facing up;
6. Place the guide roller cover (11);
7. Touch the tensioner arm (10) to the wire and adjust
the wire tension knob (9).
Wire spool
The flux-cored welding machine can be used with
a maximum 1 kg wire spool only.
1. Lift the wire spool cover (5);
2. Remove the nut and spacer from the spool spindle;
3. Remove the used spool and replace with a new one;
4. Place the spacer and the nut;
Installing the wire

power cord;
2. Make sure that the guide roller is fitted to the size of
the wire to be used;
3. Lift the wire tension knob (9) and move the tensioner
arm to the side (10);
The guide roller is set up at the factory for 0.9mm
wire.
4. Take the tip of the wire (REMARK: do not drop the
wire to avoid unraveling the spool);
5. Cut the bent tip of the wire;
6. Thread the welding wire through guide tube and
guide roller to the hole;

the wire tension knob (9).
8. Switch on the machine and set the wire speed;
9. With the gun pointed away from you and others,
press the trigger.
Watch the guide roller to see if any slipping is
occurring between the roller and the wire. If so,
turn the flux-cored welding machine off and adjust the
wire tension knob.
10. Once the wire comes out of the welding gun, cut it
so that it is only 10mm at the tip of the gun.
