IMPORTANT BEFORE USE
Read all instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference. Plug the unit into an
outlet that meets the requirements of it and certified by a professional ONLY according to local
regulations.
Before using for the first time, carefully remove the appliance from its packaging; Remove the
protective films (please respect the environment). Heat the appliance at the first use with nothing
on its surface to remove any residues from its manufacture. Smoke may appear on the first heating,
allow it to warm up as long as the smoke disappears (these are due to a protective oil applied to
the appliance).
Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid and make sure that the electrical parts
remain dry. Carefully dry the unit and accessories with a dry cloth before use. Check that the
heating element is always clean.
Misuse of the electric hot plate may damage or injure the user. In the event of misuse, PEM refuses
all responsibility for personal injury or external damage due to improper use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

HOW TO OPERATE THE HEATING PLATE
