PEM guarantee its household utensils and accessories against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 2 years
from the date of purchase or delivery in countries where the products are distributed. In case of problems the consumer

purchase of it from the dealer, or representative from PEM, the validity of the guarantee will be approved. The defective
unit will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. If the product was not exchangeable, it would be replaced with an
equivalent product or value by the dealer, the agent, or EMP. The terms of the guarantee as PEM obligation (and only one)
to have to replace the device that the defect is proven, and if proof of purchase is accompanied with it. exclusions This
warranty does not cover and excludes damage due to shock, misuse or improper use or not due to a breach of the

PEM guarantee does not affect the legal rights which benefit the consumer which can not be excluded or limited by the
warranty. It does not also excluded the legal rights of distributors , product resellers. The warranty provides specific legal
rights and the consumer can also benefit from certain specific rights related to the State, the region or the country where he
