1. For Model P14000W, plug the cord into any power source (15 amps or greater 120-volt 60 Hz). For Model P16000W, plug the cord into any power
source (30 amps or greater 120-volt 60 Hz). If using an extension cord for either model, make sure it is rated for outdoor use, has three-prong ground
and is 12-gauge.
2. When you turn the light on, the ballast (located inside metal housing) produces a humming noise. This noise will diminish as the bulb becomes fully
energized (about 5 minutes).
3. If power to the light is interrupted, it takes about 20 minutes to fully re-energize the bulb. You can speed up the process by turning the switch off for
10 minutes before turning power back on.
4. To adjust the light head, simply point fixture in desired location. WARNING: If fixture has been on, allow fixture to cool a minimum of 10 minutes
before adjusting it.
5. Adjust mast height by using winch. CAUTION: Stay clear of light fixture(s) when lowering.

4. Use only outdoor extension cords that have a three-prong grounding plug and use only matching grounded receptacles that accept the plug.
5. Use only with an extension cord that is rated for outdoor use.
6. Do not use with extension cord near water or where water may accumulate.
7. Keep lamp at least 16 feet away from pools and spas.
8. Keep plug dry.
9. Plug into standard AC (alternating current) outlet only.
10. Do not submerse.
11. For use only on GFCI protected circuits.
12. Keep away from curtains, draperies and flammable materials.
13. Disconnect power and let unit cool down before changing a bulb or performing any maintenance on this product.
14. All worn or frayed cords must be replaced immediately.
15. When servicing use only identical replacement parts.
16. When using in windy conditions, place light so the wind is at the back of the fixture and set the brake. Support with sand bags if conditions warrant.
17. When transporting light in a vehicle, put brake on platform wheel, so unit won't move.
18. Never use bulb larger than what the fixture is rated for.
19. Do not look directly into lighted bulb.
20. Never operate the fixture with safety lens missing.
21. Keep fixture away from children.
ASSEMBLY OF POWER TOWER™ MODELS: BDW-1000-MH AND BDW-2000-MH
1. Lay light fixtures(s) on ground with the lens facing up.
2. Align holes in inner mast with holes in fixture's mounting yoke.
3. Using the pin provided, assemble the mast to the yoke.
