Electric Knife
Assembling the Blades
1. The knife should be
unplugged when fitting the
blades.
2. The blades (A) are in their
protective sleeves, the
cutting edges downward.
3. Attach the blades by inserting
the rivet on one blade into
the keyhole of the other
blade. (I) and (J)
4. Gently slide them into the knife and push against the
blade guards (B) until they click.
NOTE: The blades may not line up evenly when
properly inserted.
Caution: The blades are very sharp, be very careful
when handling them.
Using the Universal Blade
The Blade is great for cutting loaves of bread, slicing
bagels, and sandwich rolls.
The Blade is great for slicing meats such as chicken, ham,

roasts, salami as well as cutting fruits like
melon or pineapple, or vegetables like
squash, eggplant, cucumber, zucchini as
well as slicing hard cheeses. NOTE:
Never try to cut bones.
Using the Electric Knife
Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet. Push the Pulse
button down with your thumb, then slide it forwards. While
cutting, the blades should stay parallel to the cutting surface.
Caution: NEVER place your hand on top of the blade to
support it while operating the knife as the blades are
designed to move back and forth.
To Remove the Blades
Unplug the knife, press the Eject button, maintain pressure
and remove the blades by
pulling the guards (H).
CAUTION!!! Blades are very
sharp and can cause severe
lacerations!
