WARNING
-
When using the helmet in a configuration without the visor or the peak, always
assemble the side cover plates and the side plates.
-
Do not use the helmet if the plates and the side cover plates have not been prop-
erly assembled.
-
Do not remove the side mechanisms from the shell.
-
Should any of the side mechanisms fail or be damaged, please contact a Nolan-
group authorised dealer.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
The helmet features a radical ventilation system designed to be effective even at medi-
um-low speeds, thanks to the air intakes and extractors that are always open.
Lower ventilation
It allows ventilation around the mouth and conveys the air directly on the long visor, if
any, thus reducing fogging (Fig.28).
Front ventilation
It provides direct ventilation to the head front area (Fig.29).
Top ventilation
It provides direct ventilation to the head upper area (Fig.30).
Rear ventilation
It allows warm and stale air to flow out, thus ensuring an optimum comfort inside the
helmet (Fig.31).
WATER & WIND RESISTANT CAP
(Available as standard or accessory/spare part)
This accessory allows air intakes and extractors to be covered, thus offering protection
from water and air.
1
ASSEMBLY
To assemble the cap, remove the visor or the peak, if any (see instructions above).
1.1 Insert the side ends of the cap rear frame by pushing them into the cavity between
the polystyrene inner shell and the outer shell (Fig.32A). Then insert also the cen-
tral frame part (Fig.32B).
1.2. Stretch the cap over the outer shell upper surface (Fig.33).
1.3 Insert the left and right central tabs of the cap front frame into the corresponding
housings in the helmet front air intake. Then follow the operation with left and right
side tabs (Fig.34).
1.4 Then stretch the cap evenly over the outer shell.
