INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove the factory sun visor and brackets. The bracket to roof hardware will be reused. Unclip the wiring harness.
2. Loosely attach the center and outside brackets to the roof with the factory hardware. Place one of the supplied rubber
washers between the bracket and roof at each bolt. The use of silicone is recommended in the holes to prevent any water
penetration through the roof. Do not tighten the hardware, as some adjustment will be required.
3. Remove the plastic from the wire cover halves and loosely attach them to the center bracket using the supplied 10-32 screws,
washer and lockwasher.
4. Run the supplied wiring harness through the center bracket and connect to the factory harness.
5. Attach a wire clip into the wire cover at 10" and 26" from the center bracket. Clip the wiring harness into the clips. Push the
extra length of wiring harness back through the roof and seal with silicone.
6. Attach the stiffener brackets to the visor ends using the supplied 10-32 carriage bolts, washers and locknuts.
7. Hold the sun visor halves in position and run the wiring harness through the light holes. Loosely attach the visor halves to the
brackets using the supplied 10-32 x ¾" truss head screws. The use of Loctite is recommended.
8. Attach the loose end of the stiffener bracket to the outside brackets using the supplied 10-32 screws, washers and lockwashers.
9. Make any necessary adjustments to the position of the visor halves and tighten all hardware.
10. Connect the lights to the wiring harness and attach to the sun visor using the supplied #8 screws. The center light sits on the
supplied standoff and uses 1" screws.
11. Peel the plastic off the sun visor halves and clean with glass cleaner, if necessary.
