d) The winch motor is equipped with overheating protection (OTP). If the system
overheats during operation, the operation will be stopped and resumed after
the drive components have cooled down.
e) Caution! The device is not equipped with a load capacity sensor. If the machine
is unable to lift the load, the maximum capacity of the winch has been
exceeded. Do not try to lift the load again! Before working with the unit again,
wait until the drive elements of the unit have cooled down completely.
f)
It is forbidden to use the limit switches as a routine shutdown method for the
machine. These are limit switches, emergency switches that ensure safety in
the workplace.
g) Before working with the unit, make sure that the load is properly attached to
the hook (4) of the carrying cable or the block of the winch.
h) When working with the unit, keep a safe distance between the load and the
winch cable.
i)
The carrying rope should always be in good condition. Possible damage to the

OPERATING THE UNIT
a) Before each work with the device, check that the emergency switch and the
control button panel are in good technical condition.
b) Control load via the appropriate control buttons (F -9): up or down.
c)
If, when moving the load "up", the operator does not stop the machine drive
below the level of the limit switch lever (2), the limit lock (3) will move the
lever (2) up and the limit switch will be activated. The operation of the device
will be stopped.
d) If, when controlling the load "down", the operator does not stop the machine
drive above the safe limit of the steel cable on the drum, the lower limit switch
lever will be activated and the machine will be stopped.
e) NOTE: In an emergency, immediately press the red Emergency Stop button (8)!
The operation of the device will be stopped!
f)
Operation of the device is not possible if the emergency switch (8) has been
activated.
g) In order to resume operation of the device after activating the emergency
shutdown, unlock the emergency shutdown button (8) by turning it as
indicated by the arrows on the button.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
CAUTION! The continuous operating time of the device is approximately
8,000 cycles * (excluding wearable parts). In order to ensure safe and
trouble-free operation, inspection and maintenance of the entire device
should be carried out after exceeding the service life limit.
