1. Description
This appliance is designed to keep warm and serve
foodstuffs in GN containers in restaurants, canteens
and similar catering establishments.
The appliance is not designed to cook food or to
heat cold/frozen food. The food in the GN containers
should already be fully prepared and warm/hot when
the containers are placed inside the appliance.
The appliance is only intended for commercial and
indoor use by trained and skilled personnel familiar
with these instructions.
Do not use the appliance for other purposes. Any
other use might lead to damage of the appliance,
property or personal injury.
The manufacturer will accept no liability for damage
or injuries resulting from improper use or non-
compliance with this manual.
