Fault
Cooling kit not
showing in the
Control Center
Strange noises
during operation
Possible cause
No Bluetooth
connection
Air in hoses or
pump area
Corrective action
Check that the device is connected
to the power supply.
Check that the device is switched
on (LED on).
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on
the notebook.
Restart the notebook and the
cooling kit.
Click on the reset button in the
liquid cooling system control
module in the Control Center.
Try reinstalling the Control Center
or upgrade to a newer version if
one is available.
Disconnect the water hoses from
the notebook. Hold the quick
connector over a container and
plug the fast-drainage tool into
the quick connector. Let the liquid
drain out for two seconds, squeeze
the water hoses and tip the cooling
kit to the left for three seconds
and tip it back for three seconds
to redistribute the air bubbles in
the cooling system. Make sure that
no liquid leaks out of the refilling
connection.
