Switch off and unplug the appliance before service and when replacing parts.

We recommend the installation of a residual current circuit-breaker to provide additional protection

when using electrical appliances. It is advisable to use a circuit-breaker with a nominal fault current of
maximum 30 mA. Your local electrician can advise you.
Set the voltage switch

to 110 V or 230 V with a flathead screwdriver according to your power

supply.
Risk of damage to the appliance! Never set the appliance to 110 V when the

available voltage is 230 V. The appliance overheats and gets damaged.

Make sure the 4-level sliding switch

Click the hair-styling nozzle

onto the front of the appliance to attach the nozzle.
