b) Using (3) spacers ⑧⑧⑨, insert between offset bracket tab and mounting
surface and loosely secure hitch using (1) M12 bolt ⑥ and (1) 1/2" conical washer
⑦ on driver side.
5.
Tighten all M12 fasteners with torque wrench to 68 Ft.-Lb (92 N*M).
6.
Tighten all 7/16'' fasteners with torque wrench to 50 Ft.-Lb. (68 N*M).
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
8.
Reinstall the rubber hangers and exhaust muffler.

c) Using (3) M12 bolts ⑩ and (3) 1/2" conical washers ⑦, loosely install into
remaining (3) holes to secure hitch to vehicle.
7.
Trim appearance panel: Using die grinder, trim area shown. Reinstall appearance
panel using (6) screws and (1) rivet removed in step 2.
