- Página 6 Tightening With Set Alarm 1. Press button 3 (on-off) to turn on the instrument. The display will show the words: “BETA 601 Wait don’t move.” Do not move the instrument for a few seconds, thus allowing the internal sensor to perform the calibration procedure.
