5. INSTALLATION AND USE
5.1 Safety instructions
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Risk from electrical current!
• No contact with heat sources must take place with the power cord.
• The cord should not hang over the edge of a table or counter.
• Do not pour water in the unit in operation or still hot.
• The device must be connected properly and comply with regulations.
WARNING
By operating the apparatus may reach high temperatures. To avoid burns and accidents, do not use the
machine malfunction and do not use spare parts that do not origins.

In case of improper installation, the device can be dangerous and cause injury. Before installation, check the
power system data. Connect the device only when there is compliance. The unit should be unpacked and
checked fully before connecting by a professional.
5.2 Use
WARNING
The establishment of the installation of the device and maintenance must be performed only by professionals.
• Do not leave the unit without monitor.

• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.

COMMISSIONING
The unit must be completely removed from its packaging. All guards must be fully
withdrawn.
Place on a solid, flat surface.
Do not install the window in a damp or wet environment.
Do not install the window on a flammable surface.
Do not install this device near open fires or other heating appliances.
The electric cable must be protected at least 16 amperes. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a power strip will crack up the device.
To clean the window using a soft damp cloth.
USE
Place the shelves on the rails to the desired height.
Connect the display to the power cable. Press the ON / OFF switch.
Set the thermostat using the thumbwheel.
Preheating the showcase without water in the water pan and food without inside to prevent water
condensation on the windows when introducing the dishes in the display case.
The present indicator front of the window shows the temperature reached.
Pouring water into the tray has water (about 0.6 liter) and place the tray in the space provided for this purpose.
