INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• Before using the appliance, clean the recipients.
• Pour milk in the recipients. It is advisable that the milk is not cold; it is better to use it
at environment temperature even it is better if you pour warm milk (not to hot or
boiling).
• Use a natural yogurt, pour one spoon in each recipient and if you wish cover them.
• Place the recipients into the body.
• Place the lid (1) plug the appliance to the mains and press the switch (3) to its on
position I.
• Select the time with the timer (4). The estimated time for the fermentation of the
yogurt is 10-14 hours, if the milk used is warm this time can be reduced.
• Once finished the selected time the indicator light of the switch (3) will switch off and
the yogurt maker will switch off automatically.
Attention: The timer knob will stay always at the same position, it doesn't show
the remaining time for auto off.
• Set the switch to the off position "O", unplug the appliance from the mains and take
out the glass jar with the yogurt. Await until they get cold and cover them before put
them into the refrigerator.
• The time of conservation of these yogurts in the refrigerator is nearly 8 days.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning it, ensure the yogurt maker is unplugged from the
mains.
• The main body of the appliance must never be immersed in water. Clean it with a
slightly damp cloth.
• The rest of the components which can be removed may be cleaned with soap and water,
taking care to rinse carefully afterwards.
• Do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may deteriorate
the surfaces of the appliance.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement
of the environment.
