MANUAL STARTL
COLD MANUAL START:
1.
AOpen the fuel supply.
2.
Place the air intake to the closed position.
3.
Move the accelerator 1/4 of its stroke clockwise.
4.
Turn the ignition key of the clausor clockwise to "ON".
5.
Gently pull the manual starter until you feel the opposition of the motor, from this point pull energetically
until the start-up is achieved (repeat this operation if necessary). 6. Once the engine is on, move the air
intake to the open position.
HOT MANUAL START:
1.
Open the fuel supply.
2.
Move the air intake to the open position.
3.
Turn the ignition key of the clausor clockwise to "ON".
4.
Gently pull the manual starter until you notice the opposition of the motor, from this point pull energetically
until the start-up is achieved (repeat this operation if necessary).
IDLE SPEED
Use the position on the throttle lever to reduce the "slow-turtle" engine pressure while the machine is not in use.
Lowering the speed of the engine will help increase the duration of its useful life, as well as reducing fuel and oil use.
To use the machine normally, place the throttle lever to the "fast-hare" position.
STOPPING
To stop the engine at any time, turn the ignition key from the "ON" position to the "OFF" position.
CRUSHING
Introduce the branches in the entrance tube and when they are inside, let them go. The machine will suck the
branches automatically. When inserting thick branches, make sure that the engine revolutions are sufficient. Cut the
side branches of the main branch and insert them into the machine separately. Long branches may hit your face, so
keep a distance and always wear your face protection.
ADVICE FOR CRUSHING
•
The hardness of the wood depends on the type of wood, the time between pruning and crushing and the dryness
of the branches. For optimized operation, the branches must be crushed just after pruning.
•
Many organic materials (such as leaves and branches) can be crushed. The vines will have to be cut in short
lengths (approximately 30cm) before throwing them in the crusher's duct, since they can get stuck around the
duct and cause an obstruction of the unit.
•
Use the emergency button without delay in case of obstruction. To turn off the machine normally, you must first
turn the engine to idle and then turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position.
•
The outlet pipe must be properly bolted to the machine at all times so that no crushed material comes out and
no one is injured.
•
Always check that the two screws on the bottom of the intake hopper are securely tightened. If you want to stop
the crushing, leave the machine running for a few minutes so that the crushed material are completely ejected,
otherwise it could clog the rotor next time you want to use it.
•
Keep an eye on the area under the machine to ensure that crushed material has not accumulated to the point
where crushed material can not exit.
