Shower System Limited Warranty
®
Your Delta® Shower System from Masco Bath consists of the following parts: acrylic shell, seat, grab bars, mounting system, trench grate and shower drain assembly.
All parts of the Delta® Shower System are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the time periods
listed below. Masco Bath recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair.
Masco Bath will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use
and service for the time period listed below:
• Non-residential or commercial application - 3 years
This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of all defective parts but this is the only thing that is covered. LABOR CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGE INCURRED
IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt)
from the original consumer purchaser and the serial number which is found on the lower front side of the right side wall must be made available to Masco Bath for
all warranty claims. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY BY MASCO BATH, WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damages
to this product as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only to Delta® Shower Systems installed in
the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS LABOR EXPENSES) WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF
WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the

This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage or defects relating to misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident, acts of God,
repairs or alterations not authorized in writing by Masco Bath, or improper installation, storage or handling.
Delta® Non-Electronic Lifetime Faucet and Finish Limited Warranty
All parts and finishes of the Delta faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the
original consumer purchaser owns their home. Delta recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair.
Delta will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period, any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation,
use and service.

This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of all defective parts and even finish, but these are the only two things that are covered. LABOR CHARGES

This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage, of faucets whose purchasers are hereby extended a five-year limited warranty from the date
of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty. This warranty is applicable only to Delta faucets manufactured after
January 1, 1995.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damages
to this faucet as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect or any use of other than genuine Delta replacement parts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It applies only to Delta faucets installed in the United
States of America, Canada and Mexico.

Garantía limitada de por vida para grifos y acabados no electrónicos de Delta®
Delta garantiza al comprador (consumidor) original que todas las piezas y acabados del grifo Delta están exentos de defectos de materiales y manufactura siempre
que el inmueble sea propiedad del comprador (consumidor) original. Delta le recomienda solicitar los servicios de un plomero profesional para las tareas de
instalación y reparación.
Durante el período de garantía, Delta reemplazará, SIN COSTO ALGUNO, cualquier pieza o acabado que presente defectos de materiales y/o manufactura en

cualquier uso industrial, comercial o de negocios de los grifos cuyos compradores reciban una extensión de la garantía limitada de cinco años a partir de la fecha de
compra, con la aplicación de todos los demás términos y condiciones de esta garantía, excepto su duración. Esta garantía es válida únicamente para los grifos Delta
fabricados después del 1 de enero de 1995.

otro. Esta garantía se aplica únicamente a los grifos Delta instalados en los Estados Unidos de América, Canadá y México.
