Do not condition liquid or semi-liquid products in a modified environment, i.e. with the injection
of inert gas.
In addition, the packaging of foamy liquid products or containing sugars without STEP / VAC is not
possible with the vacuum packaging machine.
It is important to respect the filling level of the bags. If you overload your bags, the seal will not
be homogeneous.
Vacuum with injection of inert gas :
WITHOUT inert gas : press the "-" key, the GAS indicator light will remain off.
WITH inert gas: press the "+" key, the GAS warning light will come on.
- Press the SET / SEAL key for a few seconds to set the vacuum time, the LED on the SEAL display
starts flashing. Enter the desired time using the "+" and "-" keys (recommended time 30-35
seconds). Then confirm by pressing SET / SEAL. The display will flash for the GAS injection
time.
- Using the "+" and "-" keys, choose the injection time (recommended time 10 seconds). Then confirm
by pressing SET / SEAL. The display will flash for the welding time.
- Enter a value between 2.5 and 3 seconds for the welding time (the small diode indicates half a
second). Then confirm by pressing SET / SEAL.
- Position the bag on the sealing bar so that the jets fit inside.
- Lower the bell and press START to start the cycle.
WARNING
To work with GAZ it is necessary to have a bottle with manometer supplied by a specialized company.
The mixture will be defined according to the products to be vacuumed.
WARNING ! Risk of burns
In operation, the resistance can cause burns. Always let the bell close during the welding cycle.
Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
NOTE The device is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If tripped, unplug the device and
allow it to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.

foods, preparations whether solid or liquid.
You can use embossed or smooth bags for vacuuming at your convenience.
