2. A mounting system specific to your vehicle
This particular document will help you fit the Slimeline II Tray to your specific vehicle.
IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL FRONT RUNNER PRODUCTS BE PROPERLY AND SECURELY ASSEMBLED AND ATTACHED TO YOUR

- Página 3 Drill and fit rivnuts Starting at the front of the vehicle's roof, measure and mark the distances as illustrated below onto each of the ditch mouldings found on the left and right hand sides of the vehicle's roof. Remove the two ditch mouldings and cut the mouldings on each of your markings. Make sure to mark the various pieces so that you are able to place them back onto the vehicle in their correct positions at a later stage.
- Página 4 Drill and fit rivnuts cont... Before drilling the holes in the roof, you need to do a bit of prep. Take both the 4 & 9 mm drill bits. Using some insulation tape, wrap a band of tape around the drill bit to act as a stopper to prevent you from drilling too deep as there are airbags located below where you will be drilling.

Read Step 3A before fitting the Wind Deflector Before fitting the Wind Deflector, and with the Rack in the upside down position, (Check with product sticker.

- Página 7 Foot Rail sealing kit RRAC082 INSTALL TIME: 5 Mins Seal Your vehicle s roof You will need: 4 mm Hex Key If your Rack's Foot Rails have been mounted using a rivnut, well nut or plus nut and you wish to remove the Rack and Foot Rails you will need to seal the mounting holes using the Foot Rail Sealing Kit.

- Página 15 Wind Deflectors slightly apart, leaving a gap of about 20 - 30mm. USEFULL TIP - PRE-LOAD TIE DOWN RINGS It is usefull to fit Tie-Down Rings (RRAC012) to your Front Runner Rack for future use before you fit any accessories. Insert the Tie Down Rings into the machined slots and position them in the center of the rack.
