Assemble your sprayer
If any part is missing, please call 1-800-9-SPRAYER (800-977-7293) to order a replacement.
Check carton for:
tank assembly, pump, carrying strap, hose assembly with shut-off valve, and a bag. The bag contains: wand assembly, hose clamp and instructions.
Slide clamp into hose.
Do not use any kind of lubricant on the hose
or fitting. Push hose over fitting on pump.
Place ¼ inch from end of hose and tighten
securely. CAUTION! Failure to do so can result
in SERIOUS INJURY from forcible ejection
parts or high-pressure ejection of spray
material.
For sprayers with a poly Thrustless™ shut-off valve:
• Insert hose fitting into shut-off valve handle.
• Screw down black compression nut onto handle.
• Insert spray wand fitting into shut-off valve.
• Screw down gray retainer cap nut onto shut-off valve.

Assembling the operating lever
Note:
Make sure tank cap is tight to tank before spraying.
Operating Lever Assembly
• Install cotter pin to inner hole on connector rod.
• Insert rod into pump cap hole.
• Install cotter pin to outer hole on connector rod.
• Install cotter pin to inner hole of connector rod.
• Insert one (1) washer onto base rod.
• Insert handle onto base rod.
• Insert two (2) washers onto base rod.
• Install cotter pin to outer hole on base rod.
ATTACHING STRAPS
Illustration is set up for left hand pumping.
Reverse for right hand pumping. Pull the
strap through the loop on the top of the
sprayer. Attach metal slips to the loops on
the base of the sprayer.
With the sprayer resting on a flat surface,
put arm through the straps. Adjust the straps
before filling the tank.
