1 - Safety instructions
Warning!
Please read all safety instructions and guidelines. Failure to comply with the safety
instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Keep these operating instructions for future reference.
General safety instructions for power tools.
A - Safe Operation
Keep the work area clean and well lit. A messy or poorly lit operating area can lead to
accidents.
Do not use the power tool in an explosive environment where flammable liquids,
gases or dusts are present. Power tools produce sparks that can ignite dust or fumes.
Keep children and others away while using the power tool. Distraction can cause you
to lose control of the unit.
B - Electrical Safety
The plug of the power tool must fit into the socket. The plug must not be modified in
any way. Do not use adapter plugs with grounded electrical appliances. Unmodified
plugs and matching receptacles reduce the risk of electric shock.
Keep electrical equipment away from rain or moisture. Water entering an electrical
device increases the risk of electric shock.
Do not use the cable of the electrical appliance for any other purpose (such as
carrying the appliance, hanging it, or pulling the plug from the socket). Keep the cable
away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of
electric shock.
If it is not possible to prevent the electrical appliance from operating in a wet
environment, then use a ground fault circuit interrupter. The use of an earth leakage
circuit breaker minimizes the risk of electric shock.
C - Personal Safety
Be careful, watch what you are doing and always use an electrical appliance in a
reasonable manner. Do not use the appliance when you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment's inattention while using this
electrical appliance can result in serious injury.
