OPERATING THE UNIT
Depending on the type of suction, insert the accessory in the suction port (5), pushing it until it is secure.
Turn the power switch (1) to "1" and start vacuuming. The working light (2) lights up in green. At the end of
the operation, bring power button (1) to "0" and put vacuum cleaner and adapter out of the reach of children.
WARNING: in the case of vacuuming on wet surfaces, always empty the dust container (6) at the end of the
operation. Periodically check the condition of the filter, taking care to clean it or replace it if damaged. These
measures will preserve the life of the unit and improve the vacuum performance.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
EMPTYING THE DUST CONTAINER. When the dust reaches the maximum level inside the container
(6), it is necessary to remove it. For emptying the container, follow the steps below:
- Press the release button to open the dust container (8) separating the container from the main body.
- Remove the filter (7) by pulling it toward you. Empty container (6) into trash and rinse it with tap water.
- Dry the container before installing it on the unit.
CAUTION: if operating on wet surfaces, always empty the container (6) at the end of the operation.
FILTER MAINTENANCE. It is recommended to periodically check the condition of the filter and if it is
dirty it should be cleaned as described in the following paragraph:
- Press the release button to open the dust container (8) and separate the container from the unit.
- Remove the filter (7) by pulling it toward you.
- To remove dust from the filter, use a vacuum cleaner or wash it with tap water, being careful not to break
the filter; it is recommended to always dry it completely before replacing it inside the container.
CAUTION: when the filter (7) runs out, contact an Authorized Service Center for replacing it.
CHARGING -
If the power adapter is damaged or get lost, contact an authorized service center; it is recommended not to use
other adapters which may damage the battery and impair the functionality of the appliance.
When the charge is about to run out, the indicator light (2) flashes green. When finished, the light flashes
alternating green and red. In these cases it is necessary to recharge.
For charging, switch off the product by bringing the power button (2) to position "0", plug the adapter to the
power outlet and place the vacuum cleaner in its housing in the charging base (11).
The light (2) flashes red if the device is correctly connected to the adapter. When fully charged (about 3
hours) the light turns green.
WARNING: The following measures will preserve the battery life.

When you first use the unit, and for following uses, complete charge is of 3 hours.

ALWAYS charge and discharge completely the battery. NEVER leave battery uncharged: if the appliance
is exhausted immediately proceed to charging. Do at least one charge every month.

WARNING: if you store appliance on its support, connect the adaptor to the electric socket ONLY when
you want to charge the appliance. When charging is finished unplug the adaptor.
Battery has a limited duration. When the battery duration is shorter the charging time gets longer. If the
battery is weak even after a complete recharge, it means that its lifetime is nearly finished and that replacing it
is needed. In this case contact an authorized after sales service.
