Assembly

1. Unpack the Grill and other necessary parts from the box.
2. Remove any unwanted packaging materials such as cardboard, plastics or
styrofoam.
3. Please note the glass lid may be packed upside down in the base. Remove
before using.
4. Wipe clean all the parts with a soft damp cloth or sponge and warm water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. Place base on a heat resistant stable surface in a well-ventilated area.
6. Place the drip tray onto the base by lining up the indents in each corner of the
tray.
7. Place the grill on the base by lining up the notch under the grill in the
temperature control end of the grill with the base first, then placing the other
side into the correct position.
NOTE: There is a safety mechanism in place. The temperature probe will not
properly plug in if the grill is not placed onto the base correctly.
8. Make sure the temperature control is turned OFF. Insert temperature control
into the receptacle in the handle with the power knob facing up. Plug the
power supply cord into a wall outlet.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL TO CLEAN THE SURFACE
DO NOT IMMERSE THE GRILL AND/OR THE TEMPERATURE PROBE IN WATER OR
ANY OTHER LIQUIDS
