E30
Door Lock
Possible Cause
Unit's temperature safety feature has been
initiated. The door lock is engaged.
NTC (temperature sensor) is damaged and
heating pipe is aging.
Connections are not tight. Drain pipe is
blocked.
The inlet pipe is not connected firmly. Outlet
hose has water leakage or hose is connected
loosely.
Power is disconnected. PC Board or Harness
is faulty.
Detergent is damp and clumped together. Too
much detergent is being used.
Clothes are too dirty. Insufficient detergent is
being used. Drum is overloaded. Water
temperature is too cold.
Door is not closed properly.
Ensure the door is closed tightly.
Check that power plug is inserted. Check to
make sure the electrical plug has power.
Check if water supply tap is turned on (open
position).
Check if [On/Off] is pressed.
Check if [Start/Pause] is pressed.
Disconnect Power. Allow unit to cool down to
safe temperatures. Door should open normally
once a safe temperature is reached.
Can normally wash clothes but cannot wash
with heat. Contact authorized technician.
Check and tighten all water pipes and
connections. Clean drain pipe. Contact
authorized technician.
Fix the inlet pipe. Replace the drain hose.
Contact authorized technician.
Check that power is on and power plug is
properly connected. If not, contact authorized
technician.
Thoroughly clean the detergent drawer and
dry with cloth. Use High Efficiency liquid
detergent specifically made for front load
washing machines.
Ensure the proper procedure/water
temperature is selected based on fabric type
and washing label. Add proper detergent
amount according to the instructions on
detergent packaging. It is recommended to use
High Efficiency liquid detergent.
Check to ensure the Transport bolts have been
properly removed. Ensure the unit is installed
on a solid and level floor. Check to make sure
there are no loose articles left in the drum.
Make sure legs are properly adjusted. Ensure
unit is not overloaded.
