Properties

Construction
● Insert the headrest 6 with all four tabs
into the helmet's internal mounts 1 until they engage
(see Fig. A).
● Insert the hearing protector holders 3 into the side
helmet attachment 1 to snap into place (see fig. C).
● Mount the visor 2 with the grid. To that end
insert the grid from the bottom into the shield so that it
snaps into place.
● Now insert the pre-assembled sight 2 into the
holder

● Now tilt the visor 2 forward (see Fig. E).
● Now push the visor 2 into the holder as far as it
will go

● Turn the head holder setting to make the holder
heads adapted to the circumference of their heads 4.
● When putting it on, the headband is tight.
● By turning the headrest adjustment 4 in the direc-
tion

● By turning the headrest setting 4 in the opposite
direction
clockwise, the circumference increases.
● The helmet must fit firmly on the head, but at the

You can adjust the hearing protector to the height
and to
desired position.
● Press the ear protector holder 3 to lock it
ear protector.
● Set the desired one by moving the ear protector 3
height (see Fig. G).
● Turn the ear protector 3 to set the correct one
position (see Fig. H).
● Donning and doffing can be facilitated by
the ear protector can always be folded out individu-
ally.
If the clamping force decreases, adjust it
by adjusting the hearing protector

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Inspect components before each use
in terms of damage and signs of wear.
● Clean the helmet after finishing work.
● Use to clean the helmet, hearing protection and
visor
damp cloth. Never use
petrol, solvents or cleaning agents which
they damage the plastic.
● Disinfect the helmet and hearing protection only
with
means that do not contain solvents
nor harsh chemicals.
● Store the helmet, hearing protection and visor in a
clean
and a dry environment protected from UV radiation.
● The helmet can be transported in its sales packa-
ging.
