Problem
Closed Caption is not
activated.
Display is not shown in your
language.
Parental Control is not
working correctly.
Solution
• Television station experiencing problems or program is not closed
captioned. Try another channel.
• Check cable connection or VHF/UHF antenna. Reposition or rotate
antenna.
• Set closed caption decoder in the menu or press CCD button.
• Select correct language in the menu options.
• Parental control set to OFF. Change setting to ON.
• News or sporting event being broadcast.
• Ratings not set. Set ratings as desired.
