ATTENTION
This floor jack is designed to lift loads. Do not use as a jack stand for long periods of time.
After lifting the load, use jack stands.
Use the floor jack on solid, level surfaces.
Do not move the jack if it is bearing load. Do not adjust the safety release valve. For any adjustment, consult a specialist
technician. Do not make any alterations to the structure of the floor jack.
Do not overload beyond its maximum capacity.
USE INSTRUCTIONS
Install the handle.
The jack is factory filled with the correct amount of oil. Before first use, unscrew the oil plug at the top of the oil chamber
until it is 1/16"(1.6mm) open. If you notice oil leakage (or if the plug is unscrewed) you must check the oil level.
With drain valve open, pump the crank 6 times to ensure complete oil distribution.
Close the valve, the jack is ready for use.
Ensure that the load is properly centred on the jack saddle.
MAINTENANCE
When the jack is not in use, the lifting arm must be fully down. This prevents corrosion of the piston.
Keep the hydraulic jack clean and lubricate the moving parts.
