ATTENTION!
Use the steam button (11) only at the highest temperatures in order to
prevent water drops leaking from the plate (FIG. B).
Filling the reservoir while ironing
• Fill the reservoir as usual every time the iron is used and even after being used.
• Lift the reservoir water fill cover (8) and fill the water reservoir without overflowing. Once
finished, lower the cover (8) completely.
• The appliance is ready to continue ironing.
• Switch the appliance off by pressing the ON/OFF button (1); the ON/OFF LED (2) goes
off.
• Disconnect the plug (7) from the socket.
• Wait for the appliance to cool down completely before putting it away. The reservoir
does not have to be emptied.
NOTE: If the appliance is not to be used for several weeks, empty the water
reservoir completely; wait for the appliance to cool down completely and turn it
over to allow all the water to flow out of the reservoir. When it switches on, refill
the tank and follow the instructions in the "Filling the tank" chapter.
Cleaning the appliance:
Switch the appliance off and disconnect the plug (7) from the socket before cleaning.
When necessary, clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents or other
aggressive or abrasive detergents. Otherwise, the surface could be damaged.
Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry before reusing the appliance.

Possible cause
The household appliance is not on.

Solution
Verify that the appliance is connected
correctly to the power cord and the ON/OFF
button (1) is pressed.
The switching ON and OFF of the LED
indicates the heating phase of the iron. The
LED goes off once the set temperature is
reached.
