Danger of burning! Make sure not to touch the hot surfaces of the appliance. During use there
is rising heat above the appliance.
Caution! Hot surface! Accessible surfaces (outer housing) can become very hot during use.
Never touch those surfaces during use nor before the appliance has totally cooled down, and
only handle the knobs.
FIELD OF APPLICATION/OF OPERATION
Use the appliance for domestic purposes only and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
This appliance is intended to be used for domestic applications and similar applications
such as:

Kitchen corners reserved for personnel in shops, offices and other professional
environments,

The use by clients of hotels, motels and other environments with a residential
character,

BEFORE USING THE SLOW COOKER FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before using the digital slow cooker for the first time, remove all labels and tags from the
product. Wash the ceramic pot and glass lid in hot soapy water with a sponge or a dish cloth,
rinse thoroughly and dry.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT IMMERSE THE DIGITAL SLOW COOKER BASE IN WATER.
Note: During initial use you may notice a slight odour due to the burning off of manufacturing
residues. This is completely normal and will disappear soon.
OPERATION
To begin cooking, plug the power cord into an outlet. The digital panel shows "- - - -" and
blinks. Press the START/STOP button once. To choose HIGH or LOW or KEEP WARM function,
please press the HIGH/LOW/WARM button. It will cycle through from HIGH to LOW to KEEP
WARM with each press of the button. When you choose HIGH/LOW function, the base will
begin to work in HIGH/LOW function in 12 hours and then turn to KEEP WARM function in 6
hours automatically. When you choose KEEP WARM function, the base will begin to work in
12 hours only. When the working time ends, the slow cooker will automatically turn to STOP,
and the digital panel shows "- - - -" and blinks again.
To set the timer, press the UP or DOWN arrow to reach your desired time before press
HIGH/LOW/WARM button. Each press of the arrow will increase/decrease the time in 30
minutes.
The maximum time you can set the timer is 12 hours. The minimum time is 30 minutes. When
the set timer ends under HIGH/LOW function, the slow cooker will begin to KEEP WARM in 6
hours and then automatically turn to STOP, and the digital panel shows "- - - -" and blinks
