Connecting an optional subwoofer to the subwoofer output SUB OUT (6):
Use a RCA cable to connect the subwoofer output of the SOUNDDECK 200 to the LEF input of the subwoofer. For 2-line
subwoofer inputs, it's best to use a Y-RCA cable. Also observe the operating instructions for the subwoofer.
Connecting the power supply of the sound deck:
Included in delivery is a universal, external mains adapter (B) (110 - 240 V / AC 50/60 Hz). The mains cable used in your country,
however, may be different. If the mains cable is not compatible with your power sockets or if you are in any doubt, please contact
your Magnat dealer.
1. Connect the output cable (jack connector) of the external mains adapter to the power supply jack of the sound deck (1).
2. Insert the mains cable into the jack on the mains adapter.
3. Insert the mains cable into the socket. Make sure that you are using the mains plug that is compatible with the socket (refer
to the information above).
OPERATION
Operating elements of the Sound deck (front) (fig. 3):
(7) ON/STBY button with LED status indication: This button can be used to switch between the standby and operating modes.
This function is also possible via the remote control. The standby mode is indicated by the red illuminated symbol. The button
symbol will flash green three times if a Dolby® Digital signal is detected at the digital or HDMI® input. If a DTS® signal is
detected, it will flash orange three times.
(8) Volume buttons: (+-): Increases (+) or decreases (-) the volume.
(9) Input selector switch: Input select button: Switches between the various inputs:
HDMI 1: Button symbol H illuminates orange
HDMI 2: Button symbol H illuminates blue
Analogue: Button symbol A illuminates blue
Digital: Button symbol D illuminates orange
Bluetooth: Button symbol D flashes or illuminates blue.
(10) 3D Surround button: Switches the 3D surround sound function on or off. When this function is active the symbol turns blue.
(11) Sensor for the remote control: Please aim at this sensor when using the remote control.
Operation with the system remote control (fig. 5):
(12) ON/STBY: Switches the device on when it is in the standby mode. Conversely the device can be switched from power operation
to the standby mode.
(13) MUTE: Switches the sound on and off.
(14) VOLUME: Increases (+) or decreases (-) the volume.
(15) SUB: Increases (+) / decreases (-) the volume of the subwoofer.
(16) Source (Input selector switch): Switches between the different inputs.
(17) BT: Switches the device to the pairing mode when in Bluetooth operation to establish a connection to a Bluetooth source
device. Button symbol D of the input select button flashes blue.
(18) 3D Surround button: Switches the 3D surround sound function on or off.
