Accessories, parts subject to wear and tear due to use are NOT WARRANTY
PROVIDED. The warranty is automa�cally invalidated if the product is used for
purposes for which it was not designed.
The equipment must have a legible serial number.
The warranty period begins at the �me of purchase of the product by the end
user. This warranty covers the cost of parts, labour and repairs necessary to
restore the product to full working order or to replace the product, as well as
the collec�on and delivery of the product to your home or to an official
service centre for the first 6 months. A�er this period, transporta�on costs to
our facili�es will be paid by the customer. Once the product is analysed by the
SAT, if the problem is of guarantee, we will send the product to you carriage
paid and we will reimburse the shipping costs to our facili�es.
In case the product is not covered by warranty, the repair es�mate must be
approved by the customer. In case of non-acceptance of the es�mate, the
customer will have to pay the costs that may have been incurred for diagnosis,
handling and transport.
Once the es�mate has been accepted, the customer will have 10 working days
to pay the es�mate. Once this period has elapsed, a daily storage fee based
on volume may be charged.
Nuwa shall have no obliga�on to repair or replace any product un�l the
customer delivers the defec�ve product.
