Check s teel cables for wear an d tear an d, if n eces s ary, rep lace them.
M ake s u re th e cablecar is wo rkin g prop erly and, if neces s ary, replace
worn-o ut parts .
Check an d clean s lide s u rfaces and remo ve an y protrud ing element. If
neces s ary, replace any d amaged part.
Clean s an d-b ox pit and lids . If n eces s ary add s and .
Check jo ints between fo un datio n p linths and equ ipmen t for co rros ion
and , if n eces s ary , rep lace th em.
Play ing s urface acco rdin g to no rm EN-1177 .
Lo cate the mo s t s u itable as s embly s ite for the s lid e , taking care to
res p ect areas accordin g to no rm EN-1176.

A s s emble an d temp orarily fix th e vario us co nn ectio n compon ents ,
making s ure th at th ey are perfectly alig ned. Th e end of the s lid e s ectio n
mus t on ly in cline b y 1 to 2 °. Firmly s ecu re with s crews and bo lts .
Fill in th e fo und atio n plinth s with lean cement ( 1.5 q/cu.m) and fin is h
up per plinths s ection s with rou nd ed ed ges as s h own in the
drawing .Once wo rk h as been comp leted th e fou nd atio n plin th
cov erin g s h ould be n o les s than 20 cm. .
The s ite may o nly b e op ened to the p ub lic after th e cemen t has fully
dried .
A fter approx. 1 mon th : check an d tighten all n uts and bolts and make
s ure th at s afety mats are perfectly align ed .
