1. Loosen the plastic nuts on the machine;
2. Place the tubes into the machine and tighten the plastic
nuts (15);
The tubes holes should be at the top.
3. Align the hose holder holes with the tube's holes;
4. Align the holes in the carry handle (5) with the holes of
the tubes;
5. Place the bolts and tighten with the clamping knob.
1. Insert one of the hose fittings into the inlet thread on the
machine's body (1). Screw on the tightening nut;
2. Insert the other hose fitting into the gun thread. Screw
on the tightening nut.
Check the condition of the hose regularly and
replace it if it is damaged. Do not attempt to repair
the hose.
1. Attach the suction tube (9) to the inlet valve and tighten
firmly by hand. Tighten the clamp over the suction tube;
2. Press the return tube (9) onto the groove. Tighten the
clamp over the return tube.
The product was factory-tested regarding performance and
is shipped with test fluid in the pump to prevent corrosion
during transport and storage.
When using the airless paint sprayer, this fluid should be
purged and carefully removed from the pumping system.
If the paint sprayer has already been used, you must drain
the water or solvent used for cleaning and storage.
Always lock the trigger when attaching the spray tip
or when the spray gun is not in use.
Turn the trigger lock backwards to lock.
Turn the trigger lock forward to unlock.
The airless paint sprayer will maintain pressure after
it is turned off. Before servicing, cleaning, or removing
any parts, unplug power cord and relieve pressure.
1. Lock the gun trigger;
2. Set the "ON/OFF" switch (14) to position "0";
3. Unlock the gun trigger, set the "PRIME/SPRAY" lever to
"PRIME" position (10);
4. Press the gun trigger to relieve pressure;
5. Lock the gun trigger.
