The products identified in this certificate based on the trade name and unique serial number benefit of a commercial guarantee within the
specified period for each of them in the table below, the warranty period being calculated from the date of invoicing. The average use time for
the products is 2 years or more depending on the manufacturer's specifications.
Under the legal guarantee, the seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity at the time the products were delivered.
The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of the date he / she found it. Unless otherwise proven,
the lack of conformity occurring within 6 months of delivery of the product is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the
presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the lack of conformity.
After the product has failed after the first 6 months from the date of purchase, because non-compliance is no longer presumed, proof of its
existence is the responsibility of the consumer.
In the event of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to require the seller, as a remedy, in the following order: repairing the product,
replacing the product without payment - except when the claim is impossible or disproportionate - or returning the counter value of the product
in accordance with the legal provisions and without any extra cost to the buyer. The return of the value of the product is made at the value
stipulated in the contract. The supplier has the same obligations for the replaced product as for the product originally sold.
It is not considered to be a lack of conformity if, at the time of conclusion of the sale-purchase contract, the consumer has or could not
reasonably have been unaware of this lack of conformity.
In the case of hidden vices occurring within the average use period, the consumer has the right to claim the remedy or replacement of
products that can not be used for the purpose for which they were made.
The remedy for defects in products is up to 15 days after they are received in service. The non-operating time prolongs the warranty period
accordingly and flows from the moment of product registration to the service unit and until the product is brought into conformity by repair or
replacement with a corresponding product.
The guarantee is provided at the supplier's point of sale in Piatra Neamt, Olteniei Street, no. 26A. The delivery of the products to the service
is done only after obtaining an RMA number following the customer's completion of the RMA form at http://rma.mo.ro and only by the courier
agreed by the supplier. In order to qualify for the warranty, the product must be accompanied by the warranty certificate, the purchase invoice
and all the accessories with which it has been delivered and the RMA number received from the supplier must be passed on the package.
The following situations cause the product to be removed from the warranty:
- Lack of labels or guarantee seals intact;
- Unauthorized interventions, including repairs made by individuals or companies unauthorized by the manufacturer;
- Non-observance by the buyer of the conditions of handling, transport, storage, installation, commissioning, use and maintenance provided
in the documentation accompanying the product or in conditions that contravene the technical standards in Romania;
- Thermal, mechanical and plastic damage to products due to blows, exposure to heat sources, fires, accidents, vibrations, weathering or
negligence in use;
- Use of batteries, power supplies or accessories other than those approved by the manufacturer;
- If the product has traces of food contact with liquid of any nature (water, solvents, oils, paints, acids, etc.) and this contact is proven by
oxidation traces or the presence of liquids on any surface product;
- The inconsistency between the serial number on the certificate and the one entered on the product;
- Use for purposes other than those for which it was designed (products are only household uses);
- Use of products in inappropriate conditions: improper supply voltage, humidity, dust.
The cables, adapters, consumables, batteries, accumulators, power supplies, transformers, microphones, headphones, antennas that come
with with the products have a 6 month commercial warranty from the date of sale to the final consumer.
The seller is not responsible for any compatibility issues with accessories purchased from other companies. We also do not assume any
liability for subassemblies that are used on systems that do not match performance with the manufacturer's specifications. Our company does
not assume responsibility for data loss, photos, filming, software that may come as a result of malfunctions, that is why we insist on the need
to back up any important data when requesting the warranty for a defective product .
The Commercial Guarantee does not affect the consumer's rights provided by the applicable legislation, namely Law 449/2003 on the sale
of products and the guarantees granted to them, Government Ordinance 21/1992 on Consumer Protection, Law 296/2004 on Consumption
Code republished / modified by Law 161/2010 .
This article is not dumped, but must be handed over to an authorized WEEE recycling center.
