• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or by its after-sales service or similar qualified
personnel in order to avoid a danger.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
• Place the appliance on a flat and heat resistance surface.
• Plug it to the mains and place the thermostat knob (2) in its maximum position. The indicator (3) will light on
and the plate starts to heat.
• It is advisable to put the thermostat knob in the highest position (MAX), to let the plate reach, as soon as
possible, a good temperature.
• Once reached the desired temperature, turn the thermostat knob (2) anticlockwise until the indicator light (3)
is off. The thermostat will keep the selected temperature.
• Please have in mind that the plate remains hot for a time after switched it off, you can switch off the cooker
before finishing the cooking, that suppose a energy saving.
• Once the cooking is finished place the thermostat knob (2) in the "0" position and unplug the appliance form
the mains.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning, unplug the appliance from the mains and wait until the plate is totally cold.
• You can clean the body with a slightly dampened cloth.
• Wait for the plates and the surface to cool. The cleaning will be easier if it is still warm. It is enough to use a
slightly dampened cloth and if there were some difficult residues they may be cleaned with soap.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products, metallic scourers, and such may deteriorate the surfaces.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the environment.
