OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

When unpacking, make sure that all parts are present.
Contact your dealer if parts are missing or damaged.

PREPARING
The mini bending machine is equipped with a special flange welded to the lower part of the body so
that it can be fixed in a bench vice.
1. Fix the flange oft he mini bending machine between the bench vise jaws.
2. Insert the operating lever into the operating shaft of the bending cheek.
NOTE: The use of vises with a jaw size of less than 150 mm is not recommended.
USE
1. Measure and cut the sheet metal to the required size before bending.
2. Cut the corners according to the edge height.
3. Place the sheet metal under the bending cheek and on the tool body.
4. Push the sheet to the side stop. Make sure the sheet metal rests against the entire stop.
5. Bend the material until it reaches the desired angle.
REPLACING BENDING CHEEK
1. Loosen the necessary Allen screws of the bending cheek.
2. Remove the bending cheek by pulling it sideways out of the holder.
3. Place the bending cheek suitable for the work to be performed behind the bending cheek stop.
4. Operate the operating lever to lower the bending cheek holder. This defines the alignment of the
bending cheek.
5. Now tighten the Allen screws.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose
of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.
