COOKING TECHNIQUES

▶Arrange food carefully. Place the thickest areas toward the outside

▶The ideal material as a microwave container is glass, it allows
energy to pass through it and heats food evenly.
▶It is forbidden to introduce metal into the microwave, so metal
utensils or dishes with metallic decorations should not be used.
▶Do not use recycled paper products when microwaving as they may
contain small metal fragments that can cause sparks and/or fire.
▶Round/oval rather than square/oblong plates are recommended as
food in the corners tends to overcook.

▶For pure microwave cooking, there are six power levels from which to
