Should a problem occur, refer to the table below for some assistance.
If these solutions do not solve your problem, please contact your maintenance service or
take the unit to the same service to have it checked. Do not attempt to perform any repairs
or maintenance operations yourself.
PROBLEMS
The unit does not
work.
The unit is heating
up incorrectly.
The switch
isn't working
or is working
incorrectly.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The unit is not
connected or has
been plugged in
incorrectly.
There is a problem
with your wiring.
The fuse or circuit
breaker has
malfunctioned.
The cable is damaged.
The unit is
overheating.
There is a problem
with the cooking
surface.

malfunctioned.

SOLUTIONS
Correctly plug the unit into a mains
socket.
Call out a qualified technician to check
your wiring.
Call out a qualified technician to modify
or replace the fuse/circuit breaker.
If the power cable is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer,
its after-sales service or a similarly
qualified person in order to prevent any
risks.
Switch off and unplug the unit, then let
it cool down.
Call out a qualified technician to get it
checked.
