INTRODUÇÃO
Este Manual do operador é parte integrante da máquina e contém as informações
necessárias ao seu funcionamento e manutenção.
O operador tem a obrigação de lê-lo atentamente antes de começar a usar a máquina.
Aconselhamos também que contate o Fabricante para qualquer necessidade de
informações, peças ou acessórios.
O manual, ou uma cópia, deve estar sempre à disposição do operador para uma
consulta.
Têm que ser consultado fazendo atenção a não prejudicá-lo; não se devem tirar páginas,
substituir ou borrar informações, ou de qualquer maneira modificar o seu conteúdo.

Guia de consulta
Preste atenção neste símbolo: indica as operações ou as situações mais
perigosas.
Este símbolo indica uma nota ou recomendação muito importante.
Este Manual do operador é parte integrante da máquina; os fornecedores de máquinas
novas e usadas devem conservar a prova escrita que demonstra que este Manual foi
fornecido junto com a máquina.
Todas as normas de segurança são importantes e como tais devem ser rigorosamente
observadas.
No manual, com os termos "na frente" ou "dianteiro" entende-se a parte da máquina onde
está o painel de comandos, enquanto que "atrás" ou "traseiro" indica o lado oposto onde
se faz o carregamento; os termos "direita" e "esquerda" referem-se ao operador, que está
na frente da máquina, de frente para ela.
Para cada operação a ser feita na máquina usar como referência os níveis de qualificação
descritos a seguir, para saber qual pessoa indicar para cada
Operador comum: pessoa sem competências específicas, capaz de fazer apenas tarefas
simples, ou seja, conduzir a máquina usando os seus próprios
comandos e fazer operações de carregamento/descarregamento dos
materiais utilizados durante a produção, com todas as proteções
instaladas e ativas.
Técnico da manutenção: técnico especializado, capaz de conduzir a máquina em
condições normais, de fazê-la funcionar com proteções
desabilitadas, de intervir nos órgãos mecânicos para efetuar todas as
regulagens e as manutenções necessárias; não tem habilitação
para fazer intervenções em equipamentos elétricos.

GUARANTEE
Guarantee declines if:
the instructions of this booklet are not respected
•
changes are operated without the preventive authorization of the firm Ceccato
•
Olindo,
programmed maintenances are neglected,
•
servicing is performed by non authorized personnel,
•
machine is used differently from the prescribed use,
•
the original parts have been replaced with pieces of other brands.
•
The guarantee is recognized, for a 12 month period from the date of delivery. For the
parts not made in the establishments of the Firm Ceccato Olindo, the guarantee is
limited to what is garanted by the supplier.
During the period of guarantee free substitution of all the particular parts will be
granted if material or manufacturing result faulty, and if our Technical Office judges
it right and proper.
The checks of the faults and their causes must be performed at our establishment of
Arsego.
The expenses for possible inspections by the Firm Ceccato, transport and packing
expenses of the parts to repair or to replace, as well as labour employed to assemble
them, is on the buyer's side.
Repairs, substitutions and damages performed without our authorization in the period
of guarantee, make guarantee decline.
Those parts subject to deterioration or wear or to bad maintenance are excluded from
the guarantee.
In no case however can the buyer claim damages of any nature or which arise in any
case.
The Customer must verify that at the moment of delivery the machine responds to
what is required in the contract and has not suffered damages during transport. In
such case the machine must not be used and the Firm Ceccato Olindo or the supplier
must be informed within 6 days.
For any controversy the place of jurisdiction is therefore in Padua (ITALY).
3.0.
ACCIDENT PREVENTION STANDARDS
The staff in charge can manoeuvre and use the machine only after reading and learnt
the content of the booklet.
Before having operating the machine check the safety devices are integral and work
properly.
Before beginning work it is necessary to familiarize with the controls of the machine
following the instructions of this manual.
