Before performing any maintenance or control always clean the working area and use
proper utensils.
Operate times indicated hereafter are related to normal conditions of use; therefore if
submitted to serious working load, such times have to be opportunely reduced.
To clean the coverings of the machine, the panels and the controls, use soft and dry cloths
or slightly soaked with mild cleansing solution; do not use any type of solvent like
alcohol or petrol, otherwise the surfaces could be damaged.
Keep the oils and the lubricating grease out of reach from non authorized personnel; read
with great attention the indications meticulously brought on the containers and keep to
them; avoid direct contact with skin; after use wash well.
At the end of the maintenances check that parts are integral and that all safety devices
operate perfectly.

micron.

5.0.
GUIA AL USO PARA EL OPERADOR
5.1.
Ensayo
La máquina está ensayada en nuestra sede seaa nivel mecánico sea a nivel funzional.
5.2.
Ajustes, regulaciones y controles para el uso de la máquina
Esta operación la puede ejecutar el operador de la máquina.
Antes de eecutar cualquier regulación es obligatorio averiguar que se haya
apagado el motor y desconectado la alimentación eléctrica.
Seguir con escrupulosidad lo indicado en el presente manual.
• Regular la carrera del brazo de empuje, en función del largo del ceporro que se
tiene que partir; trabajando en el tornillo de registro puesta en el asta guía (veas
fig. 11).
• Averiguar el nivel del aceite hidráulico gracias a la apropiada varilla de nivel
integrada en el tapón de cerradura del tanque.
• Averiguar el apretamiento de los pernos y de las uniones hidráulicas.
5.3.
Puesta en m archa
Es obligatorio usar vestuarios idóneos.
Antes de poner en marcha la máquina averiguar la integridad y el perfecto
funcionamiento de todo los dispositivos de seguridad.
Posicionar el interruptor general situado sobre el motor en la posición I luego
cargar los cepos sobre el tablero de trabajo appoggiando la testa al coltello; con la
ayuda de las palancas bimanuales poner en marcha el brazo de empuje.
