9.
The warranty is void if the chiller is not installed or not
used as instructed in this user's manual.
10.
For long absence or for moving the unit, please dra-
in all the water in the cold/heat exchanger by opening
the drain cover and drain cap at the bottom.
11.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or service agent or similarly quali-
fied person in order to avoid a hazard
12.
Serious damage could result if incorrect power su-
pply is applied.
13.
When connecting the power, do not use a multiple
power connecting socket.
14.
Using irregular voltage may cause a fire.
4. INSTALLATION
1.
This unit is intended to be installed underneath a
conventional kitchen sink, in a cabinet not less than 36"
(914mm) wide (inner dimension). Chiller may be insta-
lled in any location in the cabinet base as long as there
is a minimum of 5" (127mm) between unit and cabinet
walls. In order to have the necessary air exchange for
the unit, a free air opening of at least 60 square inches
(387 cm²) should be provided in the kitchen counter.
The opening should be located as close to the unit as
possible and can be made in the " 1 toe space of the
counter" or " 2 above the toe space".
2.
Connect ¼" OD tubing with a suitable pressure rating
for use with the application. The tubing must be suitable
for use with potable water. Flush water in lines before
installing gooseneck faucet.
3.
Make sure power supply is identical in voltage and
frequency to that specified on cooler serial plate. All
electrical connections must comply with current wiring
rules. The product is intended to be plugged into an
installation equipped with a ground fault circuit inte-
rrupting device.
4.
This product must be used and installed in frost-free

environment and indoor only. It must not be exposed to
the elements of nature. If the product is stored or insta-
lled at cold temperature below 5 celsius(41 fahrenheit),
the cold/heat exchanger could get damaged resulting
in a serious flood.
5.
The chiller must be installed with a relief valve set
at 690kPa (100PSI) to release the excessive pressure in
the heat exchanger. Any damage or property loss with
absence of this safety measures are user's liability.
6. This product is for potable pure water only and only
bacteriological safe water must be connected to this
product.
7.
The plumbing installation must be done in accordan-
ce with local water authority regulations and these ins-
tallation instructions.
8.
As the installer, it is your responsibility to supply and
install all valves as required by regulations and relevant
standards.
9.
Take care, when bending rigid plastic tubing, to pre-
vent it from breaking or crushing around a bend. As it
is plastic tubing containing water under mains pressure,
be careful not to nick, scratch or damage it during ins-
tallation.
10.
The product needs to be connect to tap water with
protective devices as follows;
5. COMMISSIONING & START-UP
1.
Open inlet water valve, and check all connections
and the unit if any leakage occurs
2.
Purge air from all water lines by opening the faucet
valve which chiller is connected to. An steady stream
ensures there's no air in the circuit.
3.
Again, check all connections and the unit for any sign
of leak, then connect power.
6. MAINTENANCE
1.
Condenser should be periodically cleaned with
brush, air hose or vacuum cleaner. Excessive dirt or
poor ventilation may cause no cold water or inefficient
cooling cycle. Be sure to disconnect the power supply
before doing it to avoid the danger of electric shocks.
2.
Any pipes, fittings and valves need to be replaced
with new one at least every 3 years to reduce the risk
of leakage.
3.
Check the unit regularly at least every month if there
