MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this bath seat is recommended
to ensure that all parts and hardware are secure, that
components are in good working order and not worn,
torn, frayed, or loose, and that there are no obstructions
or impediments to normal, safe operation. If any part or
mechanism appears to be unsafe or damaged, do not use
the product. If you experience problems, please contact
Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE.
ASSEMBLY:
1. Remove contents from box making
sure you have all parts described
here.
2. Place seat upside down on a flat
surface surface with 4 mounting
holes facing upwards.
3. Align leg extension and foot
extention. Depress push pin on
foot extensiton and slide into
leg extension to desired height.
(Figure 1)
4. Align the assembled foot and leg
extention with the holes on the
under side of the seat. Depress
leg extenstion pin and slide into
seat base. (Figure 2)
5. To attach storage shelf, angle the
shelf within the four post and
slide in storage shelf clips into leg
extension clip harnesses.
