Emulsifying disc:
This disc is ideal to whisk egg whites.
1. Slide the adaptor over the motor drive shaft in the
processing bowl.
2. Afterwards you can place the emulsifying disc over the
adaptor.
3. Pay attention to place the emulsifying disc with the right
side up.
4. Place the cover on the processing bowl.
5. We advise you to not exceed whisking more than 5 egg whites at a time.
6. Turn the device on for about one minute on the highest position until the egg
whites are firm.
You can also create dressings with the emulsifying disc. Place all ingredients in the
processing bowl and turn the device on for about 30 seconds.
Note: never use the emulsifying disc to knead flour.
Kneading blade:
With this blade you can knead flour.
1. Slide the adaptor over the motor drive shaft in the
processing bowl.
2. Afterwards you can place the kneading blade over the
adaptor
3. Pay attention to place the kneading blade with the right
side up.
4. Place the cover over the processing bowl.
Use a maximum of 300 g of flour and 5 eggs each time.
Note: make sure the kneading blade is properly installed before adding the ingredients.
