ATTENTION
Before using the electric hoist frame, please carefully read the user's instruction-
RANGE OF APPLICATION.
The electric hoist frame is applicable to electric hoist.
When the extension lenght of PROFRAME is 750mm, it is applicable to electric hoist
PROLIFTOR 1000 .

When the extension lenght of PROFRAME 600 is 750mm, it is applicable to electric

PROFRAME 600.
When the extension lenght of MSW-PROFRAME-250 is 1100mm, it is applicable to

electric hoist SBS-FZ 250.

When the elctric hoist is in the place of extension lenght 750mm, its lifting capacity
should be less than 1000kg.

HOIST FRAME

The installed pipe should be vertical seated on the supporting steel pipe with an

outside diameter of 48mm and a wall thickness of 6mm. The surface of supporting
steel pipe should be rough, not smooth and paint, in order to increase the friction.

Make sure the verticality and rigidity diameter of 48mm pipe in any case.

Check every part of rack carefully to make sure there is no damaging and missing.

The installed size H must be controlled of 380mm. The installed size H for MSW-

PROFRAME-250 must be controlled of 485mm.

The installation must follow the picture, when permanent seat and cover plate bolt

has been clamped, the twisting force should controlled around 70Nm.
